What if an ARCOS admin removed a phone number from an employee, but cannot recall whose phone number they removed. This can also be found by using the Employee Status Change Report, located in the Log Trace tab.
Solution
You are able to filter the source of the results by WEB, VRU-Inbound, and VRU-Outbound and hide changes which were made by Data Loader (which performs changes such as extending shifts and modifying roster position). These are useful if you know how the change was made, but the search results are either cluttered or you’re not sure how to narrow them down.
You can find employees with statuses of Active, Inactive, and Delete and the times will be given based on the current level 4 time zone, unless you are examining events prior to 10/27/2005.
You will be able to find inbound calls, web logins, schedule record modifications, roster assignment modifications, password changes, and other events which ARCOS records.
