Have you ever been on the Employee Working page and wondered why employees in your current location were missing from the list?
In March 2010, ARCOS made a product improvement that saves location filters on the Employee Working page. If you have multiple locations selected and then navigate to a location that is not included in the location filter, employees who are working in the new location will not display. After switching locations, a message will display in red text stating your current location is not selected.
Solution
Before or after switching locations click the reset button next to the edit locations button. This will clear all locations from your filter and select only your current location.
