Reports can provide valuable information for analysis, planning and review. Now it's easy to have any kind of report, using any search criteria or other filters set up on a schedule to be sent to you. Just go to the report page that you want in MessageReports™ and enter any search criteria you might want, such as a phone number in the Number History page, and click the "Schedule Report" button at the top as seen here:
When you click on that button a "Schedule" window will appear containing some choices. You can see the Schedule Timeframe offers Daily, Weekly or Monthly options. Note that you can always cancel the scheduled reports by going back to this same page and selecting the "Don't Send" option and clicking "Save Settings" at the bottom of that dialog box.
In the example shown below we have selected the Weekly report, meaning that this report will be sent to you every Monday. Daily reports are sent at about 1:00 AM PT (after our server collects all of the usage statistics for the prior day) and Monthly reports are sent on the 2nd of every month to allow for collating of data on the 1st.
Now you can choose the date range for the scheduled report, which offers Last Week, This Week, Last Month and This Month. At the bottom of the window enter any email addresses as you want the report sent to. Be sure to separate each email address by a comma. Click the "Save Settings" and you'll be ready to receive your reports.
That's all there is to it. Make your choices for the kind of report you want, click the Schedule Report button, choose a few options and enter the email addresses to which you want the reports sent. To change the report - the frequency, email addresses, etc. - just go back to the same page. Click the Schedule Report button and your settings will appear. Make the changes you want and click "Save Settings" at the bottom. To cancel the report completely go to Schedule Report page.
