RAPD-14644 (ZD 63948) - Employee Transfer History in Company Admin - Application Error
This fixes an issue where an error was being displayed when trying to display the employee transfer history for locations with a large number of employees.

RAPD-14646 (ZD 63739) - Payroll Exception Report Discrepancy
Open Time shifts after midnight were not being shown consistently on the report depending on the start/end dates which were provided

RAPD-14930 (ZD 64981) – Unable to edit bid package settings (EVB)
A change was made to the date logic within the vacation bid group page to allow updates to be made without having to change the effective dates. It will also now enforce that the effective dates encompass any effective dates of bid packages which use the bid group.
