RAPD-14512 (ZD 63363, ZD 64925) Bid Board Shift Assign Issue

Fixes a bug where the “Assign Selected” button was misaligned on the Shift Management page. This occurred when attempting to assign a shift that had multiple open slots available.

RAPD-14493 (ZD 63138) Unable to Edit Multiple Shifts "Adjust All By" time options

Fixes a bug where when the supervisor was attempting to edit multiple shifts, they did not have the option to adjust all the shifts by a specific time increment (the hours/minutes fields were missing).
