RAPD-14788 (ZD 64496) - Can't resolve an Infraction for "Left Early"
This fixes an error that occurred when an infraction was being resolved that resulted in a shift being split.

RAPD-14251 – Junior Assignment Shift Classification
ARCOS has added a new conditional component, “Was Junior Assigned”, that is available to be used when building Shift Classifications. This component will check whether the overtime shift in question was marked as a “Junior Assignment” when assigned.
