Enhanced Account Lockout Management
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced account lockout management to allow administrators to unlock a users account when too many bad login attempts locks a user’s account. When the “Allow Unlock” Account login feature is enabled in the Sys Admin >User Login Admin page the Unlock Account checkbox will display for each employee in both the Employee > Modify and Employee > Password pages, available to users in an admin level security group.

New Callout Enhancements
Enhanced SMS Confirmation Options to Allow for Response Changes
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced the SMS Confirmation options when replying to a Callout to allow users to change their response. Users can now reply “Change”, “9”, or “Ch” to the confirmation message to change their initial response and continue this process until they confirm.

All ARCOS Callout customers who have SMS enabled will receive this update.

New Crew Manager Enhancements
Enhanced Add Crew Member Functionality
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced the Add Crew Member functionality within Crew Manager allowing users to add new members to a crew without having to go through the Data Import process. The addition of the “New” radio button within the Add Member modal allows admin-level users to add a crew member by first and last name only and will be tagged as an imported employee. Additional information in the perspective can be added at the Member level, as needed.

Created Security Features to Limit Edit Access
What is changing:
ARCOS has added new security options in Crew Manager to allow and/or limit access selected users have to edit certain features, which include:
- Edit Crew Names Only
- Edit Resource Names Only
- Edit Lodging Names Only
These security options will be independent of the edit access and will need to be enabled separately. For instance:
- If a user has “Edit Crew Names Only” access but not “Edit Crews”, the user will be able to change the name of the crew but no other attributes or settings.
- If a user has “Edit Crews” access but not “Edit Crew Names Only”, the user will continue to be able to change all aspects of the crew including the name.
This option is available for any security group that already has the existing features enabled.

New Resource Assist Enhancements
Integrate Resource Assist Events with Global Events
What is changing:
ARCOS has integrated all Events created in Resource Assist into global, system-wide Events allowing for access within the platform.
A Resource Assist tab has been added to the Edit Event window. When a Resource Assist Event is selected from either the Events or Archived Events list, selecting this tab will display the Resource Assist details.
Active Resource Assist Events will be active global Events and archived Resource Assist Events will be added to global Archived Events.

All ARCOS Resource Assist customers will receive this update.
