New Crew Manager Enhancements

Updated Events Functionality

What is changing:

ARCOS has updated Event functionality within Crew Manager. Archived Events will no longer display or be available for selection under Crew Attributes, therefore avoiding any changes to attribute values made by the user.

If an Archived Event needs updating, the user can Reopen by selecting from the Archived Events tab and clicking the Reopen button from the Edit Event window. Once reopened, the Event will then be available in Crew Manager.

Who is involved:

All ARCOS Crew Manager customers will receive this update.

What you need to do:

No further action is necessary to implement this change.

New sMART Enhancements

Updated iOS and Android Mobile App

What is changing:

ARCOS has updated the sMART Mobile app for iOS and Android users which includes improvements on the back end. Although users may notice minor differences in the interface, functionality remains the same.

Who is involved:

All ARCOS sMART iOS and Android customers will receive this update.

What you need to do:

As of the 22.18 release, users can download the new version from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Users are encouraged to download the new version at their earliest convenience. Windows users will not require an update.
