New Callout Enhancements
Updated Supervisor Email Alert Default
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated the default functionality of the Callout Done/Stop Managers email alert for an SOS/SEA type Callout to NO longer automatically include Supervisors.
If a Supervisor chooses to continue to receive this alert they must first confirm an email address is enabled in the Employee > Modify page and then subscribe to either Alerts by Location or Alerts by Roster, accessible in the Alerts tab in the Sys Admin module.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS Callout customers will receive this update.
What you need to do:
No further action is necessary to implement this change.
