New ARCOS Mobile Plus App
New ARCOS Mobile Plus App
What is changing:
ARCOS is excited to announce that ARCOS Mobile Plus, the new app for Callout and Crew Manager users, will be available for download from Apple’s App Store and Google Play in the near future. This new app is differentiated by the icon which contains a “plus sign.”
To provide administrators the time they need to execute this transition, both apps will be available in the app stores through December 31, 2022. The old version, ARCOS Mobile, will no longer be available after December 31, 2022.
It is strongly suggested users transition to ARCOS Mobile Plus as quickly as possible as ARCOS is no longer providing updates, patches/fixes to the previous version. Only ARCOS Mobile Plus will receive updates from here on out.
ARCOS Mobile Plus will continue to be available in QA for testing prior to migration:
- Apple (iOS): https://testflight.apple.com/join/HArzz9hr
- Android: https://qa-apps.rostermonster.com/arcos_mobile/android/latest/rn-arcosmobile-qa.apk
NOTE: Access to the QA version ARCOS Mobile is no longer available as we transition to the ARCOS Mobile Plus App.
ARCOS Mobile Plus and the ARCOS Mobile will work simultaneously in the event new users download the new app or users have downloaded prior to your migration plans.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS Mobile customers will receive this update.
What you need to do:
Users should review the documentation in the online help and update internal training aids as necessary.
