ARCOS Platform Enhancements

Updated HRI1 202 Records to Include Additional Company-Specific Devices

What is changing:

ARCOS has updated the HRI1 202 record logic in the Loader functionality to validate any device type defined by the company. The Loader will now recognize all devices created in the Device Types Admin Page within the Sys Admin tab, as well as the previously acceptable R=Regular, C=Cell, and P=Pager.

All ARCOS customers will receive this update.

No further action is necessary to implement this change.

ARCOS Mobile Enhancements

Updated ARCOS Mobile Plus Security Question

What is changing:

ARCOS has updated the ARCOS Mobile Plus app to only include a security question upon initial login if one is required by the company.

Who is involved:

All ARCOS Mobile Plus customers will receive this update.
