Added Incidents Sub-Tab to Events Module
What is changing:
ARCOS has enhanced the Events module with the addition of the Incidents sub-tab allowing Incident Manager Customers to associate an Incident with a Resource Request. This tab displays a list of all active Incidents regardless of Resource Assist or Incident Manager permissions and/or IM Response Group and/or RA Request Teams as well as Event (if associated), Start Date, Scenario, Severity, and Response Group.
Users can select single or multiple Incidents by checking the box and then clicking the View Selected button. Those selected are displayed including any associated Resource Assists Requests information such as Request Name, Responding Partner, Status, etc.
The options available on the page allow the user to Export, Sort, and Search results as well as Filter the list by Event, Date, Status and/or Incident.
Selecting a listed Resource Request link displays the Resource Request details. Users with appropriate Resource Assist permissions can drill down within the page.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS customers who are both Incident Manager and Resource Assist licensed users.

ARCOS Mobile Enhancements
Added Year to Future Schedule Record List View
What is changing:
ARCOS has updated the ARCOS Mobile Plus app to include the year in the dates of future records listed on the Schedule page.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS Mobile Plus customers will receive this update.

ARCOS RA Responding Partner Portal Enhancements
Enhancements to the RA Responding Partner Portal
What is changing:
ARCOS has made the following enhancements to the RA Responding Partner Portal:
- Allocations Page: Added an alert pop-up following the Release action alerting the user of unsaved changes. Within the message, users can confirm the release or cancel and return to the Allocations page to Send a Response and Save.
- Allocations Page: Updated the page to return to the same location on the list after a Release and the page refreshes.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS RA customers using the Responding Partner Portal will receive this update.
