From the My Account page, users can change their password, PIN, and Secret Question/answer by selecting the Security section within the My Account page.
To Change your Password via the Mobile App

Login to the Mobile app.

Tap the My Account button. The My Account page displays.

Tap either the Security button or the Security icon at the bottom of the page. The Security page, as seen above, displays.

Tap the Password button. The Change Password page displays.

Enter your Current Password in the labeled field.

Enter your New Password in the labeled field.
-
Re-enter your new password in the Confirm Password field.

Tap the Save icon, at the bottom of the page.
To Change your VRU PIN via the Mobile App

Login to the Mobile app.

Tap the My Account button. The My Account page displays.

Tap either the Security button or the Security icon at the bottom of the page. The Security page, as seen above, displays.

Tap the VRU PIN button. The Change VRU PIN page displays.

Enter your Current Password in the labeled field.

Enter your New PIN in the labeled field.

Re-enter your new PIN in the Confirm PIN field.

Tap the Save icon, at the bottom of the page.
To Change your Security Question/Answer via the Mobile App

Login to the Mobile app.

Tap the My Account button. The My Account page displays.

Tap either the Security button or the Security icon at the bottom of the page. The Security page, as seen above, displays.

Tap the Security Question button. The Change Security Question page displays.

Select a question from the Security Question list.

Enter the Answer to the question in the available field.

Tap the Save icon, at the bottom of the page.
