Mobile Plus: Update E-mail Addresses

The E-mail Accounts page lists all e-mail addresses currently available on the user's record. The page also indicates if the e-mail address is enabled for callouts, is the account e-mail address and if the e-mail address has been verified or not.

To Add an E-mail Address

1. Log into the mobile app.

2. Tap the My Account button.

3. Tap the Emails button. The Email Address page displays.

1. Tap the Add + icon at the bottom of the page. The Add Email Address page displays.

1. Type the address into the Email Address textbox.

2. Check the Callout Enabled checkbox, to enable the email address to be used for callouts.

3. Click the Add + icon to save the email address.

To Modify an E-mail Address

1. Log into the mobile app.

2. Tap the My Account button.

3. Tap the Emails button. The Edit Email Address page displays.

1. Make the necessary changes to the email address.

2. Tap the Save  icon at the bottom of the page.

To Delete an E-mail Address

1. Log into the mobile app.

2. Tap the My Account button.

3. Tap the Email button. The Email Address page displays.

4. Tap on the email address that needs to be deleted. The Edit Email Address page displays.

5. Tap the Delete  button at the bottom of the page. The email address is deleted.
