Mobile Plus: View Availability Percentage

The My Availability section available on the My Account page in the mobile app allows employees to view their Availability (calculated as Callouts Worked divided by Total Callouts) rate for both Storm and Normal callouts.

To view your Availability Percentage through the Mobile App

1. Log into the mobile app.

2. Tap the My Account button.

3. Your Availability for both Storm Callouts and Normal Callouts is displayed.
