Mobile Plus: Forgot Password

Users can request a password reset by selecting the Forgot Password link on the Sign In page.

1. Open the ARCOS Mobile App.

2. Tap the Forgot Password link. The Forgot Password page displays.

3. Enter the necessary information in the required fields.

Note: The Security Question displays only if required by your company.

4. Tap the Send button.

5. Follow instructions in the responding email to login to the ARCOS Mobile app.
