If the user has either Fingerprint or Face ID capabilities enabled on their mobile device, the Biometric option on the Sign In page allows for the use this functionality to login.
NOTE: The Biometric option will only appear in the mobile app if enabled in the User Login Admin page by a System Administrator.
Open the ARCOS Mobile app. The Home page displays.
Tap the My Account button. The My Account page displays.
Tap the Security button. The Security page displays.
Toggle the Enable Biometric Login option on and confirm.
Once enabled and confirmed, ARCOS Mobile app no longer requires users to enter a username and password when logging in.
