First time mobile users can validate their credentials using a four-point validation check to setup their login password. When customers enable the mobile app, they often give access to the field employees who did not previously have access to login to the web application. To eliminate the need of intervention from an ARCOS Administrator, new users can use the first time user link on the mobile app to validate their account and setup a new password.
Mobile users must have the following information in order to setup a password:

Web ID

Company Abbreviation (Please contact your ARCOS admin for your company abbreviation.)

VRU PIN
-
Active Phone Number
Note: An active phone number is a phone number that is on the user’s record on the employee modify page and has a call order sequence. Transfer and temporary numbers will not be valid numbers for the account verification process. SOS, BC, SEA and Standby devices will be valid numbers for the account verification process.
To login as a First Time Mobile User

Open the ARCOS Mobile app.

Tap the First Time User link on the login page. The First Time Login page displays.

Type your web ID into the Username textbox.

Type your company abbreviation into the Company textbox. Please contact your ARCOS admin for your company abbreviation.

Type a currently active phone number on your record into the Device Info - Active Phone textboxes.

Type your VRU PIN into the 4 digit pin textbox. Once established, your PIN can be used to login to the app by enabling the Use Pin option.

Tap the Set Password button. The Set Password page displays.
Note: Password requirements may vary based on your company configuration.

Type your new password into the Password textbox.

Retype your new password into the Confirm Password textbox.

Click the Set Password button. If your password meets your company’s password requirements, your password change will be saved, and you will be returned to the login page.
