Responding Partner Search

The Responding Partner Search page is used to find Responding Partners to connect with in a few different ways. These search methods include by name, within a certain range from a location, or by specific Asset or Resource types the Responding Partner has.

*NOTE: If you wish to just see a list of all Responding Partners in the system, leave all search criteria blank and click search.

1 Responding Partner Name and Range

• These two items are considered Basic search, and will be the only two criteria available upon first visiting the Responding Partner Search page.

• Responding Partner Name:

• Search by a specific name of a Responding Partner.

• Range

• Search within a specific mile limit of a city / state location.

2 Asset Types and Resource Types

• These two items are considered Advanced Search, and can be shown or hidden by clicking the Advanced Search link at the top.

• Asset Type:

• Search by a specific asset Responding Partners have.

• Selection here can be done by:

• To select multiple items in a row, Shift + Click will highlight all the items between the first selected and the last selected.

• The select multiple separated items, Ctrl + click will highlight just the items clicked. This will also deselect an item, if it was previously selected.

• Resource Types:

• Search by a specific resource type Responding Partners have

• Selection here can be done by:

• To select multiple items in a row, Shift + Click will highlight all the items between the first selected and the last selected.

• The select multiple separated items, Ctrl + click will highlight just the items clicked. This will also deselect an item, if it was previously selected.

3 Map

• This map works in conjunction with the Range search criteria. It will display all matching search results on a map with pins that the user can click on for further details. 

Results

All results from the Responding Partner Search will be displayed below the search criteria.

Check Box:

• Click the box next to the Responding Partners you are interested in connecting with. The buttons at the bottom of the search results, detailed below, function with these boxes.

Responding Partner

• The name of the contracting company.

Location

• The location of the company. Clicking on this will pull up further details for the user to view:

Contact Information

• The name of the primary contact for this Responding Partner.

• The phone number of the primary contact.

4 Buttons

• Search

• Initiates the search process for the criteria entered.

• Add Offline Responding Partner

• This should be used to add a Responding Partner to the system that only the Requester adding it can use. This is meant to allow for all resource management and monitoring to be done in one place - the Resource Assist system. For details on the Offline Responding Partner page, click here.

• Add Selected

• Add the selected Responding Partners as connections. This will make the Add Responding Partners window appear on the page. For details on that page, click here.

• My Responding Partner Isn’t Listed

• This button can be used to send an invitation to a Responding Partner that you use, that isn’t in the Resource Assist system. For details on the invitation page, click here.
