Responding Partner Groups

Responding Partner Groups are used to sort Responding Partners and can be filtered by Request Team. The method in which the Requester sorts Responding Partners is entirely up to its discretion, be it by capabilities, area, numbers of resources, etc. This screen simply allows the Requester to make a title for a group, and start adding Responding Partners to it.

Each Responding Partner Group has (shown in the above screenshot, left to right, top to bottom): Title - “Example Contractor Group”.

Buttons 

• Comment 

• This will pull up a comment window:

• Use this window to either view other comments users have made, or to add your own.

• Type in your note in the box, and click Add Note to add the note.

• Click close or the X button in the top right to close this window.

• Edit 

• Allows the Group Title to be changed, and for Responding Partners to be added or removed from the group.

• Delete 

• Delete this Group.

Details

• The middle of the box shows names of all Responding Partners assigned to this Group. In this example, “Amp Company” and “Example Contractor” are the two Responding Partners assigned to “Example Contractor Group".

Add Group

• Allows the Requester to add another Group.
