Deleting a Shift Refer As

The Shift Refer As screen displays the shift name, all Refer As values assigned to the shift for the current location, and the number of system-wide Refer As values for that shift. Not all companies have the ability to do this.

To Delete a Refer As Value

1. Click the Shift Refer As button on the Shift tab. The Shift Refer As screen for the current Level 4 location displays.

   

2. Click to select the shift’s name. The Shift Refer As Detail for the selected shift displays.

   

3. Check the checkbox next to the Refer As value.

4. Click the Save Refer As button. ARCOS® displays a confirmation pop-up.

5. Click OK. The dialog box closes, and the shift is deleted.
