Adding a Shift Refer As

The Shift Refer As screen displays the shift name, all Refer As values assigned to the shift for the current location, and the number of system-wide Refer As values for that shift.

To Add a Shift Refer As to a Shift

Note: Because a Shift Refer As only applies to the location, it was added in, navigate to the location the Refer As is for before continuing.

1. Click the Shift Refer As button on the Shift tab. The Shift Refer As screen for the current Level 4 location displays.

   

2. Click the shift’s name. The Shift Refer As Detail screen will display.

   

3. Enter the Refer As value in the Enter New Refer As Value textbox.

4. Click the Save Refer As button. The new Refer As value is saved.

Note: Multiple Refer As values can be saved for a shift in the same location.
