There are times when an employee's duty status needs modified. For example, it is the beginning of the year and you need to set the duty statuses for all employees for next year.
To Modify an Employee's Duty Roster Status

Click the Roster List Ordering button on the List Mnt tab. The Roster List Ordering page displays.

Click the Signon link next to the employee’s duty roster. The Select a Timeline page displays.

Click the Signon button. The Roster List Timeline page displays.
This page shows all employees on all three duty statuses (On-Call, Backup and Off-Call). Employees who are on the On-Call list for a period are highlighted green for the period. Employees who are on the Backup list for a period are highlighted yellow for the period. Employees who are on the Off-Call list for a period are not highlighted (display with either a white or gray background depending on their row color).
Note: Employee’s names are a quick link to the Swaps Create page, defaulting with the selected employee as the swapped out employee.

Locate the employee and the roster date that the employee’s status needs modified.

Click in the cell until the correct duty status displays. The text in the cell will cycle through Off-Call, Backup and On-Call.
Note: Changes that have not been saved will have a red outline around the cell.

After all changes have been made, click the Submit button.
Note: The Call Orders page follows the same color-coding. To get to the Call Orders page, click the Signon link next to the roster and click the Call Orders button.
