The Duty Roster feature allows users to build a roster with a on-call, backup and an off-call status. Once the roster is built, users can easily move employees to and from the three status. Employees are moved from one list status to the other on the Roster Timeline page by clicking the date-cell—the options cycle through the statuses as the user clicks. This page is also color coded—green for on-call and yellow for backup.
The Gaps Report and View allows users to see at-a-glance if there is no one assigned to the on-call or backup list for a duty week with color coding for the week. Green in the date cell indicates at least one employee is on each of the on-call and backup statuses for the roster period. Yellow indicates either on-call or backup list does not have anyone covering one of the statuses for the roster period. Red indicates there is no one covering either the on-call nor the backup statuses.
