RosterApps Enhancements

BUGS
The following issues have been resolved:
• RAPD-14337 - Future dated skills affecting shift trades (ZD 62812)
When an employee initiates a trade, the date of the shift being traded will be used as the effective date for
checking whether an employee has the skill or not. Previously, the date being used to check the skills was the
date the trade was initiated.
• RAPD-12753 - API for Edited Punches showing NULL for supervisor with an edited punch
The system will now track the person who created or edited the punch and always return the correct values in
the “EditedByEmployeeName” and “EditedByEmployeeNumber” fields.

Time & Attendance Enhancements 

RAPD-10247 – Update Styling of Pay Codes UI (New/Edit)
ARCOS has updated the styling of the new/edit page of the Pay Codes user interface to match the rest of the Time &
Attendance pages.

There are no changes to the existing functionality of this screen.

RAPD-13484 – Maximum Gap Setting in Meal Break
A new setting, Maximum gap to not break continuous shift, has been added to the Meal Break configuration. This
setting becomes active when users opt for either the "Variable Length Based on Continuous Shift" or "Automatic based on continuous hours worked" as the meal break rule type. By default, the setting is initialized to 0 (zero), signifying that
the meal break rule mandates shifts to be directly connected (abutting).
When this setting is used (value greater than zero), when shift segments are evaluated, gaps less than or equal to the
value specified will be allowed (won’t break the continuous shift). Below is an example with a maximum gap set to 30
minutes:
• An employee works a 4-hour shift, has a 15-minute gap with no shift, and then continues to work a 3-hour shift.
This scenario would be considered a 7-hour continuous shift.
• In another scenario, an employee works a 4-hour shift, experiences a 45-minute gap with no shift, and
subsequently works a 3-hour shift. In this case, it would count as a 4-hour continuous shift followed by a
separate 3-hour continuous shift.

EVB Enhancements

The following issues have been resolved:
• RAPD-14206 - Classic Cancel Paid Time Off Requests Not Canceling in QA if EVB rule set is enabled but location
is not using EVB (ZD 62271)
• RAPD-14147 - Max available awards by status and seniority in bid package not being enforced (ZD 62214)
• RAPD-14372 - Incorrect Deduction of Minimum Hours (ZD 62965)
