RosterApps Enhancements

BUGS
The following issue has been resolved:
• RAPD-13780 - Can’t Assign a Shift from Shift Management Without Throwing an Application Error
[ZD #61265]
When assigning a shift from the Shift Management screen, if any employees cannot have their seniority
rank determined, they will be shown in a separate table titled “Ineligible Employees”. This table will
include a column indicating why the seniority rank could not be determined. Usually this is because the
employee is missing data in their profile, i.e. Hire Date or - Hire Date.”

• RAPD-14212 - Paid Time Off Rule Set: Supervisor Can Override Rules (Grievances) [ZD #62439]

Time & Attendance Enhancements

RAPD-14067 - California Meal Break Penalty Waiver
ARCOS has added the ability for Company Administrators to allow Employees to waive their Meal Break as to adhere with California state laws and avoid a penalty.

As a Company Administrator, the following settings have been added to a Meal Break Rule:
• Employee can waive penalty
• Require infraction comment for employee no meal break request

The following settings have been added to the Employee Time Card when indicating that no break was taken:
• Waive the meal break penalty
• Required infraction comment (when setting is enabled)

Supervisors will see that the Employee has waived the penalty and their comments when handling infractions.  Time Keepers will not be able to add a penalty if waived by the Employee and approved by Supervisor.

Enhanced Vacation Bidding Enhancements

RAPD-14052 - Added New Bid Package Setting to Allow Employees to View
Unpublished Awards
ARCOS has updated the Bid Results page to Allow Location Administrators to enable the option to display
Unpublished Awards to Employees. The “Allow employees to view unpublished awards” now appears in the Options section which is unchecked by default. When enabled (checked), Employees can view all Awards and Bid Preferences prior to being published.

Titles have been updated on the following pages:
• The Bid Results link on the Bid Package page has been changed to “Awards”.

• The All Awards page has been changed to “Awards”.

• The Export Awarded Report option title has been changed to “Export”.

RAPD-14084 - Modified Employee View Cart Page
ARCOS has updated the Bid Preference Cart page of a Bid Package for an Employee while selecting their
Preferences. The Cancel button has been replaced with a Back button. When selected, the user is returned to the Bid Preference page.

The following issues have been resolved:
• RAPD-13129 - Limit The Bid Round Accrual Account Drop Down to Only the Valid Accrual Accounts
Linked to the Specific Location
• RAPD-13908 - Employee Participants Filter is Not Limiting Display based on Filter Options
• RAPD-14168 - Awards Not Correct when Rollover is Set to 0 Hours
• RAPD-14169 - Year is Not Correct when Bid Round Crosses Years
