Deleting a Filter Set

Filters within Crew Manger are used to narrow the number of lodgings, crews and members that are displayed on the page. Filter sets can be saved and loaded for use at a later time. Filters sets can be saved for future use by the user who created them or for future use by all ARCOS users.

To Delete a Filter Set

1. Click the Filter Set button in the mode toolbar.

   

2. Click the Load an Existing Filter Set button. ARCOS displays a pop-up list of existing filters.

   

   

Note: In the Lodging Assignment mode, there is a button to load crew filters and a button to load lodging filters. Lodging filters cannot be accessed from the crew filters button, and crew filters cannot be accessed from the lodging filters button.

3. Click on the filter's name to load the filter. ARCOS displays the details of the selected filter set.

   

4. Click the Edit button on the filter. The Filter Set Detail Edit pop-up displays.

   

   

5. Click the trash can to the right of the filter set's name. ARCOS displays a pop-up asking you to confirm the deletion.

6. Click the OK button. The filter is deleted and removed from your current selection.
