Availability Panel Overview

The Availability Panel displays information about rooms booked versus assigned for each hotel in the user's current view.

Screen items are listed below in the order they are pointed out in the above image from left to right.

• View Earlier Day: When clicked, the viewed date range changes to one day earlier.

• Date: The date the information is being viewed for in the column.

• View Later Day: When clicked, the viewed date range changes to one day later.

• Availability Information: Displays the availability information for each room type in the following format:

RoomType: Rooms Available/ Rooms Booked / Rooms Assigned

• Edit Availability: Allows users to edit the availability information for the room type and availability notes.

• Delete Availability: When clicked, deletes the availability information for the selected room type.

• Add Availability: Allows the user to add availability for the hotel/date for each room type that is available at the hotel.

• Add Availability: Allows the user to add availability for the hotel/date for each room type that is available at the hotel.
