Lodging Mode Overview

When a user first loads the Crew Manager in lodging mode, they will see a screen similar to the one below. The main lodging mode screen consists of several different panels and button sets. A few of these items are the Hotel Panel, Availability Panel and Room Type Panel.

Screen items are listed below in the order they are pointed out in the above image from top to bottom from left to right.

• Hotel Panel: The Hotel Panel in the lodging mode is used to manage the layout of the hotel.

• Availability Panel: The Availability Panel displays information about rooms booked versus assigned for each hotel in the user's current view.

• Collapse: Collapses the availability panel so only the hotel panel displays.

• Collapse: Collapses the room type panel.

• Room Type Panel: The Room Type Panel is used in the lodging mode to list the available room types in the system and allows users to update attribute values on the room type.
