Hotel Panel Overview

The Hotel Panel in the lodging mode is used to manage the layout of the hotel.

Item and Description

Hotel Badges: These are badges that are setup in the view set to display at the hotel level. There are no ARCOS created hotel attributes, but attributes can be created to track any information needed about the hotel.

Hotel Controls:

• Checking the checkbox at the hotel level selects the hotel for mass updates.

• Clicking the pencil at the hotel level opens an informational pop-up about the selected hotel.

• Clicking the “X” next to the hotel deletes the hotel.

Rooms: Lists the details of the types of rooms that exists at the hotel.

• RoomType: The type of rooms the hotel has available.

• Quantity: The number of rooms the hotel has of the selected room type.

Note: The number of rooms the hotel has available should be the total number of rooms in the hotel of the selected type. The number of rooms the hotel actually has available for booking will be configured later.

• Rate: The standard rate for the room type at the hotel.

Room Level Controls:

• Clicking the plus sign allows a room type to be added to the hotel.

• Clicking the pencil at the room type opens an informational pop-up about the selected room.

• Clicking the “X” next to the room deletes the room from the hotel.
