Holiday Accumulators are created to determine how many Holiday hours an Employee is eligible for in a situation where employees are “gifted” holiday pay.
Click the Expand link to view the list of established Holiday Accumulators.
Each Holiday Accumulator in the list is displayed by name, created by who and when, and its status.
Clicking the Edit icon opens the Edit Accumulator window allowing the user to update.
Select the History icon to view all changes made to the listed accumulator.
Add a Holiday Accumulator
Clicking the Add + button opens the New Holiday Accumulator window.
In the Accumulator Values section enter the Name of the new Holiday Accumulator and Description if needed.
Enter the amount of hours that will be gifted in the Holiday Amount field.
Select the Classification to associate, from the dropdown menu.
Select the Pay Code to display on the time card.
Check the Active box to enable.
Select the Schedule Classifications to associate with the accumulator used in determining who will receive the gifted Holiday.
Select the Employee Classifications to associate with the new accumulator from the dropdown menu.
