Welcome to the Automated Roster Callout System (ARCOS) Online Help System. ARCOS provides a comprehensive set of automated communications solutions including a crew callout and roster management system, notification acknowledgement, and reporting of company communications to employees regarding emergencies or other need-to-know information, and communication campaigns to large communities of customers.
ARCOS is a web-based application that runs in Chrome, Chromium Edge, Firefox, and Safari. When you launch ARCOS, you are presented with a log in screen that prompts you for your user log in and password. After successful log in, ARCOS displays a series of tabs that are used to navigate between the various functions. Each tab contains specific functions within ARCOS. While all customers have the same tabs on their main ARCOS screen, the functionality within those tabs varies from customer-to-customer, depending on the additional features they have configured.
