Managing Mass Call Data Sets

In order to create a SIREN Mass Call event, a data set containing contacts and contact numbers must be used and uploaded into ARCOS. Overtime the number of data sets can become overwhelming and many of them may never need to be used again. The Manage Datasets page lists all data sets currently loaded in ARCOS and available for Mass Call events from this page unneeded data sets can be deleted.

To Delete a SIREN Mass Call Data Set

1. Click the Manage DataSets button on the SIREN Mass Calling tab. All available data sets display.

2. Click data set's ID, to view the details.

3. Click the Delete Set button, to delete it.
