Once ARCOS successfully contacts everyone on the event list, the SIREN Mass Call event goes to Complete status. When you click the View button and there are no open events, the message: "There are no open jobs for your selection." displays on the screen. If ARCOS is still in the process of contacting the event list, the SIREN Mass Call event will be in Running status.
Note: A Mass Call Event will auto-close seven days after the last date a contact was contacted or 7 days after the event was created if in the event is in "New" status.
Note: Mass Call Events in Pending status will begin calling contacts at their scheduled run time.
To Resubmit a SIREN Mass Call Event

Click the View button on the SIREN Mass Call tab. The View Open Mass Call Events page displays.

Click the edit link next to the MassCall ID to edit the event. The Create Mass Call Event page displays for that event.

Make any necessary changes to SIREN Mass Call Event Information.

Click the Resubmit button.
