Once SMS has been configured for each employee the SMS Conversion Report allows the user to enable multiple employees at one time by performing the following steps:

From the Reports module, navigate to the Other Reports tab and select the SMS Conversion button.

Select specific Location, Classification, etc.
The SMS Status option allows the user further filter the report based on the employees current status within the system.
NOTE: Employees with email to text numbers, such as number@vtext can be added by checking the Matching Email? checkbox. -
Click the Generate Report button.

The Report displays the Enabled SMS column.
Check the Enable SMS checkbox of the listed employee to enable or check the box in the column header to Select All.
Disable Multiple Employees
This feature can be disabled by un-checking the Enable SMS box in the SMS Conversion Report.
The employee can respond to any ARCOS message with “STOP” to no longer receive notifications.
