If you have been granted the ability to login to the Mobile App and edit your account devices, you can enable your Cell Phone device to receive SMS texts.
NOTE: If you do not have access or are unable to complete the below steps, reach out internally for assistance.

In the Mobile App, select My Info on the Home page.

To add a new device, tap New Perm on the Devices page.

On the New Permanent Device page, add your phone number and choose Cell Phone as the Device Type.

Once Cell Phone is selected, a new toggle for SMS will display. Select the SMS toggle to enable SMS for the device.
You will also need to select the Callout Enabled toggle to enable the phone number to receive callouts.
NOTE: This will include phone calls to this number.

When you tap Add to add the phone number to your profile, your number will then be sent as an SMS enrollment text message.

Respond with START or OK to complete enrollment in SMS.

On the My Device page for your phone number you will see that your SMS Status is VERIFIED. This means that you will start to receive SMS messages for Callouts and Notifications when sent by your company.

If a PENDING status appears, you have not completed SMS enrollment. Tap the Re-Verify button to re-send the enrollment text.

If STOPPED is displayed, at some point you elected to stop receiving SMS messages by replying 'STOP' to the ARCOS SMS message received. Reply 'START' to reinstate. If the message is no longer saved in your device, reach out internally for your company's SMS number and send 'START' to re-enroll your device in SMS Messaging.
