Devices must first be verified, confirmed by the employee, prior to receiving notifications.
To enable Employees individually:

Find the Employee from the list and click their name to edit.

Scroll down to the Device Information section, enter the phone number and select Cell Phone from the Type menu which then displays the SMS checkbox.

Check the SMS box and click the Save Data button at the bottom of the page.
The Re-Verify button allows the user to make another attempt at the process for any reason or should the status display “FAILED”. This initiates the verification process and the device is in a “PENDING” status and will remain until a response is received. -
The employee will receive an SMS message asking if they’d like to receive notifications from ARCOS. They can confirm by replying “START” or “OK” the status and device are VERIFIED.
Once the SMS feature has been set-up, the employee has received the notification and has agreed to accept SMS messages from ARCOS, they will receive Callouts via SMS.
Disable Individual Employee
If at any point this feature can be disabled by un-checking the SMS box on their Modify Employee page.
The employee can respond to any ARCOS message with “STOP” to no longer receive notifications.
