The Accepts Summary page contains the following information.

Sub-callout CO ID |
The sub-callout ID. Contains a link to the Callout Detail Report page for the selected sub-callout. |
Class/WG (not labeled) |
Primary class or workgroup for which the employee was called. |
Level 4 Location (not labeled) |
The name of the Level 4 location for the sub-callout. |
Filled |
Number of employees required and number of employees who accepted. |
Status |
The current status of the sub-callout. |
Attempt Date |
The date and time the employee was called.
*If you mouse over the actual date and time, a pop-up displays that contains the time the result was recorded, the attempt number (Seq and Ord), and the name and list on which the employee was assigned. |
Name |
Name of the employee. |
Class |
The primary classification of the employee called in the sub-callout. |
OpCenter |
The Level 4 location from which the callout originated. Note: The name of this field is tailored for each company - could be Office or Headquarters instead of OpCenter, for example. |
Result |
The result of the call. |
Source |
The source of the response. |
Work Start |
The actual time that work started. This is a link that allows you to edit the Schedule record for the selected employee (if the callout is a working type, not a notification). Note: You must have Schedule edit security in order to modify the employee working record. |
Work End * |
The time the callout ended for the employee. Work End shows as **, like the schedule page, if the record is auto-extending and still ends in the future. If not **, the Work End time is also a link that takes you to the Schedule record for the selected employee. |
Release |
A checkbox appears in this field when the working record is currently in effect. Check the box to release the employee from the callout.
Note: You must have Schedule edit security in order to access this field. |
Unaccept |
Check the box to unaccept the employee for the callout. An Unaccept dialog box displays from which you select a new Result and enter a Reason (required). Unaccepts are basically Corrected Responses and appear on the Correct Responses Report. Note: You must have Unaccept security in order to access this field. |
