This page is accessible from the # Filled link on the View Open Callouts page, or from the Accepts button on the Callout Detail Report page for both open and closed callouts. No additional security is needed to access the page, so if you have View Open Callouts security, you can access the Accepts Summary page. The following is a list of the features of this page:

Provides direct access to the working record schedule detail (must have Schedule edit to save changes to the pop-up detail record)

Displays Work End time as "**" if the record is auto-extending and still ends in the future, like on the Schedule page

Displays a Release checkbox if the working record is currently in effect (must have Schedule edit security to have this checkbox)

Displays a new Unaccept checkbox that has a dedicated security feature

Allows sorting of the accepted employees (within their accepted sub-callout) by Call Order, Attempt Date, Employee, Primary Class, OpCenter and Source
The page also links to the working record schedule detail (if the callout is a working type, not a notification); work end time shows as **, like the schedule page, if the record is auto-extending and still ends in the future; provides the ability to edit the schedule record; allows you to release or unaccept employees (with proper security).
The Unaccept checkbox is a new feature that has dedicated security. When you click the Unaccept checkbox, the Unaccept Dialog displays, allowing you to select a new result and enter a reason (required) for the change, like a Corrected Response. This feature uses the same code as does the Corrected Response feature, so it will show on Corrected Response Reports.
