If employees display on the Manual Bypass screen in a different order than what is expected or desired for Closest-to-Trouble callouts, their call order can be manually modified by the user.
Note: Changes made to the call order using this method are not tracked in the ARCOS System.
To Modify an Employee's Call Order on the Manual Bypass Screen

Click the call order pin on the Manual Bypass table or on the trouble map, for the employee who's call order needs to be modified. A pop-up appears on the trouble map with the selected employee's information.

Use the Up and Down buttons to move the employee up and down in the call order.
Note: The call order of the employee will change in his pin, but the relative order of the employees does not change on the Manual Bypass page.
Note: If the list to be called consist of multiple sequences, an employee's call order cannot be changed to a position that would move him into a different sequence. If a user tries to do this they will receive a pop-up warning.
