For the Closest-to-Trouble callouts to work correctly, employees must have a valid home address entered in ARCOS. Follow the steps bellow to enter or modify an employee's home address.
To Enter an Address for the First Time for an Employee

Go to the Employee tab and click the Modify. A list of active and inactive employees in your current location displays.

Select the desired employee from the list. The Employee Modify page displays.

Click the Show Map button that appears under Google Maps on the right hand side of the page.

Type the employee’s address in the appropriate fields.

Click the Map It button next to the Zip field. The Google Map zooms into the address and places a marker on the address and the Google Address dropdown auto-fills with the entered address.

Click Save at the bottom of the Employee Modify page.
Modify an Existing Address for an Employee

Go to the Employee tab and click the Modify. A list of active and inactive employees in your current location displays.

Select the desired employee from the list. The Employee Modify page displays.

Click the Show Map button that appears under Google Maps on the right hand side of the page.

Type the employee’s new address in the appropriate fields.
