Closest-to-Trouble

Closet-to-Trouble is a callout type that ignores company calling rules and calls employees based on who is closest to the trouble location. There is a Google Map on the Employee Modify page and the Callout Create page, for select callout types. The Google Maps are used to determine each employee’s address by  latitude and longitude. That numeric location is used when a callout is created to identify the employee by location.
