OSCAR Users can view both open and historical tickets in the OSCAR Portal.
From the Home Page, click your name in the top right corner and click My activities in the drop down.
This link will take to you the My requests page where you can review your submitted tickets, tickets you’ve been CC’d on, and all tickets for your Organization.
- My requests: Contains any tickets you have submitted or that have been opened with you as the requester.
- Requests I’m CC’d on: Contains tickets that you are not the requester of but on which you were added as a CC.
- Organization requests: Contains all tickets for your Organization, regardless of whether or not you are the requester or a CC on the ticket.
- If you are an OSCAR User for multiple organizations, you will need to select the Organization you want to view from the Organization drop down.
You can search for tickets in any of these tabs or sort ticket by one of the three ticket statuses:
- Open: Tickets that ARCOS is working to address.
- Awaiting your reply: Tickets that are awaiting information from you.
- Solved: Tickets that are closed.
On the Organization requests page you can choose to Follow your company. Following an organization means that you will be automatically notified about any tickets that or opened or comments that are made.
Click the Follow button to follow your organization.
NOTE: If you are an OSCAR User for multiple organizations, you will need to click Follow for each accessible Organization selected in the drop down.
