An OSCAR Support ticket can be created in 3 different ways: phone, email, or OSCAR Portal.
Phone
Whenever you call ARCOS Support, (888) 634-8507, option 3, the ARCOS Support team member who answered the call will open a ticket for you. Even if your question or concern was addressed on the call, we will open a ticket for tracking and historical purposes.
When you send an email to support@arcos-inc.com, a ticket is automatically generated.
OSCAR Portal
In the OSCAR Portal, click Submit a request in the top right corner of the page.
Select the corresponding Product for your issue from the drop down and complete the product specific fields that appear based on your product selection.
Click Submit to open the ticket.
