When troubleshooting Mobile Workbench, it is helpful to keep the following in mind:
- Make sure a user with the issue is logged in
- Select the 3 people icon in the bottom left-hand corner.
- Ctrl+F and search for a user that is having the issue.
- Select the Clear Filters button beside their name then select 'OK' on the popups.
- Have the user hit the Log Out Button.
- ~IMPORTANT~ When the user logs out, a pop up will ask about saving filters. The user MUST hit cancel on this pop up or the filter clearing will not work.
- Have user log back in and test.
- Make sure that user is on the current version of the app.
