Have you noticed the Loader Results emails come through on a monthly, weekly, or daily basis? Have you noticed that sometimes there are “Warnings” and “Failures” in the Results? Have you ever wonder what those Warnings and Failures are? Well, now you can view this information within ARCOS with just a few simple clicks.
Solution
This is how you would access the Loader Results:
- Navigate to the Sys Admin tab and click on the Loader tab.
- Click the View Load Results button on the Loader Options page.
- Select the date range you wish to see the Load Results for and click “Search”.
Depending on the date range selected, the page will populate the files that were Loaded. The page will display the File Name, Type (of file), Date (and time), Loaded by, Data Rows, Success, Warning, Failure, and Result. The File Name, Success, Warning, and Failure columns will have hyperlinks that are clickable if there is information there to be reviewed.
Each hyperlink that is available will display the Result and the Data associated with the Result. Clicking the hyperlinks will show you the following information:
- File name: Review the file in its entirety with 500 entries appearing per page.
- Success: Review all entries that were loaded successfully.
- Warning: Review all entries that were loaded with a Warning.
- Failure: Review all entries that were loaded but failed.
Currently, you can export this information two different ways: Export to CSV or XLS. Utilizing either of these options will export the information that is currently displayed on the screen. For OSCAR Users, there is a suggestion in the Customer Zone to enhance the feature to export the file in its entirety. If that is an option that would be beneficial to you and your company, give it a vote!
This new feature provides a more convenient way to obtain the Loader Results when/if they are needed.
NOTE: If this feature does not appear within ARCOS and you wish to utilize it, please contact and ARCOS Admin or reach out to ARCOS Support.
