Knowing how filters work on the Schedule day views can help you narrow or group the employees you want to view. Below is a diagram of available filters and a description of each one.
Solution
- Loc: The Location selector allows you to add or remove locations from your location filter.
- Roster List: When the Roster List selector button is clicked, a list containing all active rosters within the selected locations will be displayed. You can select multiple rosters, including chained rosters, by holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard while clicking rosters.
- Pri Class: When the Primary Class selector button is clicked, a list containing all active primary classifications within the selected locations will be displayed. You can select multiple Primary Classes by holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard while clicking the classes.
- Checked Only: The Checked Only filter allows you to view only selected employees. To select employees, check the checkbox next to the desired employees’ names and click the Checked Only button.
- None: Click the None button to clear or remove all filters.
- Events: The Events filter can be used to show only employees who are on a particular type of exception. The choices are Shift, Callout, Other Work, Exception, and Available.
Note: This filter works best with the 1 Day and the 2 Day Views and is not available on any of the week views. - Sort Type: All columns within the scheduler are sort able. To sort by a particular column, right click the column header and select either Ascending or Descending.
Note: The Roster List, Primary Class, and Checked Only filters cannot be used in conjunction with each other, but can be used with the Location and Events filters.

Did you know...
If an exception is copied from one employee to another, and the employee the exception is being copied to has the same exception already assigned with the same start time but a different end time; the end time of his exception will be changed to match the record it’s being copied from.
