Phone Number Call History Report
What is changing:
A new report, titled “Phone Number Call History” has been made available to all customers. This report is designed to allow users to search for communications to a specific phone number. From the report results, users can drill down on the report to review the details of the attempt to reach the device.
The report can be accessed by going to the Log Trace tab and then clicking on Phone Number Call History and allows for filtering by contact methods:
- VRU-Inbound - the employee called ARCOS from the phone number searched
- VRU-Outbound - ARCOS called the phone number
- VRU-Transfer - ARCOS transferred a call to the phone number
- SMS - ARCOS sent an SMS message to the phone number or the employee sent an SMS message to ARCOS from the phone number
Access to this report is controlled by the “Phone Number Call History Report” security feature, within the Reports section of security groups.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS Mobile customers will receive this update.
What you need to do:
No further action is necessary to implement this change.
