Mobile Plus Enhancements
Enhancement when Responding to Surveys via Mobile Plus
What is changing:
When a user responds to a survey (Notification 4 and Notification 10 Responses) via the mobile app, the Callout Detail report will now show a mobile response row of “Accepted” with a source of Mobile. This is the same as an outbound or inbound response.
As part of this change, ARCOS is running a script to update previous mobile response rows for these survey types.
- Mobile results of “No Result” with a reason of “Expired: Mobile on Hold” where the mobile user did respond to a survey will have the result updated to “Accepted” with a null reason.
- Mobile results of “No Result” with a reason of “Expired: Mobile on Hold” where the mobile user did not respond to a survey will continue to show “No Result”.
Who is involved:
All ARCOS Mobile customers will receive this update.
What you need to do:
No further action is necessary to implement this change.
