To add a New Temporary Number

Log into the mobile app.

Tap the My Account button.

Tap the Devices button. The Devices page displays.

Tap the Add + icon, at the bottom of the page. The Add New Device page displays.

Type the number into the Phone Number textboxes.

Select the type of device from the Device Type dropdown.

Check the Temporary Device checkbox to save the new number as a Temporary Device.

Select the call order Sequence you would like the temporary number to replace.
Note: Not all customers have this functionality. The options displayed including, Expiration time limit, are dependent upon your company's specific rules and settings.

Type the number of hours the temporary number will be active into the Expiration textbox.

Tap the Save
icon, at the bottom of the page, and the new permanent device is auto-assigned the next available call order sequence when it displays in the Devices page.
